Hey, im currently at my 62th draw, my 62th was a Rust bow, they say the lantern rite gives 10 Intertwined Fates and 1600 Primogems giving us 2 10x pulls, and im depending on the 20x pulls to reach soft pity at 82 and if i dont get her at 82 then i should use single pulls… Am i guaranteed to get her? I got Jean at the Albedo banner before…

Where is the Xiao Market? Do u need to be atleast higher than AR 40 to get most items in this event like primo, wish fate, and etc.? Coz I'm still ar 34 and I'm pretty sure someone said I need to be atleast AR 40 to get most items in event

UPDATE 2/4/21:
The Primo Geovishap is now a new World Boss. You can navigate with the quest "Even Mountains Tremble" quest (press F5) or I believe you can go to it directly northwest of Liyue. It was leaked before that this boss would drop Xiao's ascension materials so I am positive it is dropping Hu Tao's level materials too!
Xiao's Market is coming 2/10 NA time.
Hu Tao is definitely coming with the new leaked idle animation and voicelines. Get ready!
