CHANGES TO REVENANT SINCE THE LAUNCH OF THIS VIDEO:

    Season 10 Launch:
-There’s now a visual and audio cue when Death Totem protection is about to end which can be seen/heard by other players.
-Added a brief slow after being recalled to Death Totem.

  2. I'm 100% sure they created revenant to be a go in it alone type of class. Cause you got the passive ability to get to enemy's quicker and dodge easier while having more mobility. And his silence is to prevent enemys from using there ability on him giving revenant the advantage to safely attack them without worrying about any abilitys getting him in the heat of the moment. His ultimate is meant to save him/ give him a second chance therefore he can jump right back into battle alone to defeat his wounded target. So basically the totem lets him drain peoples health and knowing your gonna respawn gives you the chance to rush back in alone and finish them off. This is why I'm pretty sure deepen made him as more of a go it alone class.

  3. i actually think rev is a really good pick for arenas with his tactical. you can shoot a ton of them out if you hit them and you’ll always be dealing with other characters abilities like smoke, gun shield, and stim. silencing them takes away pretty much their whole character and since it’s mostly close quarters it’s easy cleanup

  4. Revenant is so good on the flank as he is so quiet, you can stun with the tactical and take them by surprise. He is totally viable because of this in arena. His crouch walk flanks could have been mentioned a bit more as they are amazing

  5. I’ve been maiming revenant the past few weeks in arenas and while I don’t get the highest damage or kills all the time he makes for some really good plays. 30-30 & r99, quick climbs and you can make the enemy drop down, climb back up and have high ground. Silence valkyries & any other abilities. The death totem I use more defensively, allow them to push in the open & with enough time drop that totem and rush for damage, return & pick them all off while they’re exposed. I’ve really come to appreciate him & I know he’s not necessarily made for it but it’s all how you play him.

  6. As a rev main all i can ask for when someone else takes him is to use the "attacking here' ping for when they get their ult also use that ping more often when you want to rush and have a rev on the team a ping system extist for this kind of stuff

  7. Am I the only revenant who when in death protection and firing at an enemy and spawn back at the totem: end up destroying the totem with the last of my bullets in the magazine while my other two team mates are still using the totem? I end up killing them.. soz team mates..
