  1. Thank you so much for this video…my gamer 20 year old son is awesome with so much potential… he’s shy, has monkey brain…. he wants to do something with his life but is so introverted. I will be sharing this with him….

  2. Here's a diary entry I made LAST NIGHT (talk about coincidence. Divine providence, maybe?)
"I'm feeling a little frustrated that I haven't done much lately to stay on top of chores. I've started this journal and felt happier, but once I was sufficiently happy, I stopped logging and then stopped doing chores. I wish I didn't have to get depressed to fix my life. I feel I'm not motivated properly. I want to be motivated when happy, not just when self-flagellating. I'm secretly afraid that I will always stay lazy, because if I ever learn to get out of the rut, I might just fall back in because 'XYZ is all fixed now and the time to exert effort is over'. When I think about it, I guess I just want the world to leave me alone. I'd rather just stay on my computer and play games/watch YouTube. I guess I'm just pissed that I have to do things. My hope is that I'll learn to love the real world by doing chores, but it doesn't seem to stick."

Anyone have any thoughts or advice or to continue where I left off?

  3. So many apps purport to gamify life in pursuit of self-improvement but so few people actually achieve meaningful personal development through those means. That's too bad. Imagine what we could achieve if we played our lives like we play our favorite games, with the same level of effort and an equal amount of commitment. Good discussion, Joey. I really enjoyed your take on the topic. I hope this videos helps someone complete a quest.

  5. Does anyone have suggestions for ways to (digitally) plan out your objectives? I think it would be dope to represent it at nodes in a network where you go along the nodes to reach the objective at the end (that way you can set out the order of the "to do" and add nodes in between along the way)

  6. In games like
    We lose, ok next game

I think something can we learn
    In life we say
    Next day, next day
Like we have days and time
But we just lose one more day for being better person ( better stats)
    Dont waste time guys
This is only what we have
