  1. This convo reminds me of how creepy I think the headspace app is. I love to meditate as a way to improve imagination and focus or as a healing exercise but in my opinion the headspace app just teaches people how to dissociate, and lord knows what is (more than likely) subliminally pumped through the headphones while people are in a meditative state. Yowza

  2. 19:17 – the term to describe the process you're explaining at this point of the conversation sounds to me like "metacognition". Metacognition is a wonderful ability/practice we have to conciously observe our thoughts. It's a very helpful practice in my opinion. It is a process that is helpful for me to observe the thought in order to own what thoughts are self produced vs. false projected thought forms.
