The charge attacks only did 24k I think vaporizer didn't work or something cuz with 15k last damage for normal attack is huge. I think it should have made like 50k or less charge attack with vapo. By the way your build is great with high HP even with 50 percent hp you'll still have 20k which is like full HP of my diluc.
