It sounds really stupid to maintain lethal tempo stacks easier than conqueror. It's duration is longer and you don't lose all stacks at once unlike conq. You get 1.75 attack speed and got plenty of time.
Legit stupid. Nothing works as intended bruisers building a marksman rune, assasins building a bruiser rune and some supports building an assasin rune wtf.
