Works Same Way When Appearing
1 Movement 75 percent slower
2 All Weapons (Bullets) and Grenades 50 percent Slower (Energey 25 percent slower and sniper 30 percent slower)
3 Legends Abilities 20 percent slower
4 Objects throw into area have same effect
Base line idea
Yes with private lobbies I can get 4K and 20 kill

Absolutely I'll use them, that 1v a lot of AI Wraiths with tactical cooldown of 1 second sounds intetesting
Private arena matches would be fun, especially with the modifications you can make. What if we can increase weapon damage or maybe reduce recoil.
