  1. Bruh Humans are immortal if heart attack, stroke etc wouldn’t exist aging would be left, it is in itself is a process in which the cells stop duplicating at this point the chromosomes can no longer split, then the cell dies. This doesn’t happen to all cells at the same time but one after another thats the reason why wrinkles appear in places that are used more than others like around the eyes and mouth. It is possible tho to be immortal, lobsters are immortal their chromosomes have a protective shield at their end so their cells can infinitely split, but because of that the grow their whole live and at one point they just can‘t support the size of the bodys anymore and die. I‘m not hating just wanted to make this clear because it bugs me as a medical student. Lol

  2. Some half baked knowledge about aging I picked up somewhere:

Human cells are limited in the amount of time they can split. Like a tiny reservoire that is slowly being sucked dry.
When this runs out, your cells don´t mitosys anymore and you slowly die.

  3. 3:27 nah nicky i believe or from what i know that's a misconception the reason we age is because our cells can't divide and reproduce or mitosis right yknow. If we had stems cells or if we could get our body to produce stem cells like a child.. then yes we could live forever.. even with viruses

  5. @3:40 you talk about virus's being the cause of humans deaths and such… but actually what kills people because of old age is that your cell DNA becomes a little too unstable later on in your life after so many times copying itself. its like taking an important document, photo copying it… then taking the photo copy and copying that… then taking the copies copy and photo copying that… after a while your document starts to get blurry and light and if you do it enough your document actually becomes too light too read. in the movie Logan that's actually what killed Logan off. he didn't just have a disease he actually died because his DNA no longer retained the ability to photo copy themselves and thus they couldn't undergo mitosis and create more cells anymore.
