It's weird, one think I did find about it is that it could be moved by anemo
I found a weird stone today who says "Atomic energy orb" too!
I think it's something like a missingno glitch. Some info is missing and the game is pulling the next thing it can to represent it. Real question is what the heck is an atomic energy orb. It might be an actual item name in the game or it might be an intentional name it pulls so the devs can spot that type of bug.
this happened to another person with the spine dragon tower, it fell and appeared atomic energy orb (electro), it happened to me 2 times the first one I found it in a random modstat bush "atomic energy orb (anemo)" and the second in a story domain "atomic energy orb (pyro)" may be from a future event or a removed event, but it is still in the game files
