i think venti drinks a lot because of his past, (idk if she finished the venti story quest but this may be a spoiler) from the venti story quest, he had a friend, his true form before he became an archon was just a tiny pittle spirit wind and his friend is the face of his human form now, they went on a war that time his closest friend died in the war, thats when venti was crowned as the anemo archon, so venti took the form of his friend who died and i think he drinks a lot to forget all the things from the past (i mean some or most people drink when they are sad right?)
