Now what happens if you feed an ascended and leveled sword say lvl 70 to a level 1 sword. Does it only level up to lvl 20 and do you get your acension mateirals back?

I had a feeling it worked that way but i never really had the means to try it. It makes sense though. Some other gacha games work like that too

I knew about this from accidentally refining a lvl 5 fillet blade to a R1 that i leveled up :v

Im late T.T, but I was actually aware of this but then I never knew you never known about it!
ill save you 3 min of your life. basiclly you if you have a refine rank number on a weapon and you put it into the same weapon the number it is refined is added to the new one.
