Honestly I love my c6 zhongli it makes it so I don't need a healer for my team anymore atleast for his team. My favorite c6 is ganyu though she was my first then diluc was 2nd honestly I don't like him just my opinion.

Keqing: no regret. Diluc: don't use him much these days.
Man, you have some seriously weird priorities. I understand, that Keqing is female, hence by default cuter than Diluc, but she's just a more expensive Razor, with actually worse kit. Electro characters have never had any use other than superconduct since release, I'll never understand raising Keqing over 70/80… the 3 free wishes are worth at least that much, that's why I have mine at 70/80 with 0 friendship. My Diluc on the other hand is probably my strongest unit, especially since my Ganyu has no proper 5 star cryo dmg goblet, so I have to use an old halfa$$ed 4 star one. (Same goes for her circlet and hourglass)
