I Was Sent a Box of BOOTLEG Video Games

Someone sent me a box of random bootlegs so I thought I’d show them off a bit in this video.

  1. I was recently in a retro game store in the suburbs, and all their Game Boy and GBA carts were fakes, and expensive, and I don't think they would have volunteered that information if I hadn't asked.

  2. I actually have a handful of bootleg GBA carts. When I worked a short stint for Game Over Video Games a few years ago, we would regularly sift through the store inventory looking for bootlegs. GBA games definitely seem the most commonly pirated carts nowadays. The corner beveling on the labels is always the biggest giveaway, and there's the ones with misspelled engraved Nintendo logos on the back (can't even remember how many "Nintondo" or "Nintando" carts we found).

  3. Wait. I'm confused. I have a Wolfenstein 3D game for the GBA. Still have it. It was a legit game with a box when I bought it.. Is that one made not legit? I'm confused.
