20:30 No but that's genuinely one of the core questions and conflicts in cyberpunk as a genre. Cyberpunk as a genre is deeply anticapitalist, and one of the core issues is precisely the issue of filling our bodies with technology that is likely to shut down or otherwise depend on subscriptions, regular replacements, or other forms of loyalty. Like people joke about that stuff, but that's genuinely how cyberpunk was born as a genre.
