13:35 This makes me think. This scene has every single "detective" style character in Mondstat. Kaeya is a literal narc, Diluc is Batman, and Rosaria is some kind of secret church assassin. Why the hell doesn't Liyue have characters like these? This is a reason why you had to go to Kaeya during the lantern festival- there are barely any 'feet on the ground' characters in Liyue. They are either random free spirits (Xinyan, Xiangling), or they at at the very top of the government and couldn't case random troublemakers (Ningguang, Keqing). Kiyue needs to borrow some of your ninjas, Jeikage.
