Can we revert the punch boost removal too? And anything of the sort?
If you revert the tap straffing changes, revert the AA assit on controller settings. The only other viable option for reverting tap straffing and nerfing AA on pad would be to find a way for pad players to easily tap strafe as well.
If we're being completely honest though, controller/mnk should have never been mixed together. The mnk people whining about AA and the pads complaining about tap straffing are exactly why.

Whats weird is punch boosting, unless it was creating a major exploit I saw it as an accesible movement tech everyone could do, sad they are removing it

IMO, Apex has always felt like they give 10x the movement options and overall accessibility to different setting to the PC side of the community, and then nothing for the console players. Like if you have a controller with paddles it still for forces you to group the interaction AND the reload to the same button so it’s impossible to reload if holding a door or when using a teammates knock down shield for cover in fights. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve put away my gun in the middle of a fire fight bc I went to switch guns but accidentally held Y do .1 seconds too long. It would be nice if they gave at least a little more attention to the consoles instead of just giving us pc sloppy seconds.

most people have to bind tap strafe which means a macro which means cheating…but the devs dont ban people for cronus zen, wallahcks, server exploits..etc..so why would macros be any different

Honestly drifting away from apex. This game has terrible, casual minded devs that just want to remove every skill mechanic from the game. They want this to be roblox for 8 and 40 year olds
I fell in love with apex because my gun skill has never been TOP level but with my crazy movement I’m able to beast out!
Mind you I’m on controller I’m only saying this because I’m sure there is plenty of people who play M&K and feel the same!

sure, nerf aim assist for current and last gen consoles because pros cry about it but go back on the tap strafe nerf. That seems fair and balanced, this next season is gonna push a lot of console players away from the game, especially people who still have last gen tech.
please fix audio, instead of some gimmick that 5% players can master and use it properly in a certain situation
