About FNF
Friday Night Funkinā is a rhythm game in which the player must pass multiple āweeksā, each usually containing three songs.[note 1] Each week, the player typically faces a different opponent.
During gameplay, the opponent will sing a pattern of notes which the player must mirror by pressing the arrow keys or WASD. At the bottom of the screen is a bar indicating how well the player is doing. The left side of the bar is red, representing the opponent. The right side is green, representing the player. Successfully hitting notes will increase the size of the playerās bar, while missing notes causes the opponentās bar to expand. The player fails if the opponentās bar fills up the entire bar.
For each week, the player has the option to select one of three difficulties: Easy, Medium, and Hard. As difficulty increases, the speed of incoming arrows increases and the patterns of arrows become more complicated. The playerās high score for each week on each difficulty is tracked and shown in the top corner of the week selection screen.

I feel like I'm the only one who doesn't like blacks new redesign. I don't really like the fact that he's no longer this cool collected killer but this stupidly powerful monster.

Well black has a short kinda backstory which is that Goku scared him as a kid and now hates anime even going so far to show emotional expression. Black is also the first and OG Imposter in the story the imposter V4 and yes this is all 100% canon.
Theory: black being the OG imposter likes to collect trophies of important things like 1 example being greys fatherās top half being able to be seen in blacksā parasite form another being Loggo as it couldnāt have been parasite green because once a imposter turns into their parasite form (except for most likely black as their the OG Imposter) itās permanent so the only other one would be Loggo in the Song Spookposter black can also further be seen in the background backing up my theory of black killing Loggo another one is yellows child but why not manipulate them and not grey (because the week takes place earlier than graysā week) itās most likely because yellows kids were not new to it unlike graysā knowing not to trust strangers so black decided to kill them as they knew black was the imposter red imposter hand is also seen but itās just a hand black maybe tried to save red or try to save red only to kill red and take their body as a trophy but only got their hand so they decided to make it their trophy. Now we also see a cyan most likely being powers. Their is also a red imposter head which I think is monotone most likely killed by black as they are a shapeshifter so they disguised as red a crew mate but then got accidentally killed by black thinking they were a random imposter. I have no idea about the brown looking crew mate though. But in blacks crewmate looking form when down posing in defeat a white dead crewmate shows up which is most likely the crewmate fought in imposter V4 unused version of monochrome

I actually think that the Parasitic forms arenāt their ātrue formā and that it can change based on what they want to accomplish, I think this because we see the Impostors when in their Parasitic form have a Square Visorā¦ just like black who (according to EthanTheDoodler (thanks for answering some questions for me BTW)) is the most powerful one of all imposters, I think this because heās always in a parasitic form to be stronger, but then changes forms to go all out, my reasoning to believe heās in a parasitic form 24/7 is that heās larger then the average Crewmate (like others in Parasitic forms) and he is stronger than most imposters simply being able to kill then via flick (seen in teaser trailer), bashing heads together (scrapped cutscene) instead of using a gun, knife, or his tongueā¦ and with this we know that can have multiple forms, green used the one we see to help him survive the fall, the one we see maroon use has a magma look to it and spider-like legs (possibly to help him escape the lava pool) heck even red in week J has one that is good for flyingā¦ my point is they can change their Parasitic form to help them win and kill others
