You read the new physical artifact set wrong, the 4 piece effect increases the 2 piece physical bonus by 100%, not the attack bonus
You're misreading the Pale Flame 4 set. Once 2 stacks are reached it doubles the 2-set effect, which means it doubles the 25% physical damage to 50%.
On ps4 Hutao and Alebdo bug Childes melee burst attack animation and its only fixes when i load the game with out either of thoose 2 in my party! MIHOYO PLZ FIX THIS I WANNA USE MY TARTGLIA HUTAO IN PEACE

Me who got Diona to C5 when wishing for Xiao and was upset when I didn't get C6, guess I was lucky i didn't get that last one
U do realise it costs 180 resin currently to get the rewards for the 3 weekly bosses and u get 180 resin each day. It takes 2h and 40mins to refresh 20 resin. U use 1 full days worth of resin to get the rewards for the 3 weekly bosses.
Oh boy, that milith four piece set is going to be so hype for Diona. Especially in multiplayer. But it kinda sticks since I just got optimal bolide+maiden pieces on her.
The pale Flame artifact set NOT increases the ATK% boost, but the Phys damage boost, wich in the end will give you a 50 % Phys damage boost.

for the pale flame, the 100% boost is on the 2 pieve bonus, so that means after hitting an ennemy with your e twice you get 125% bonus physical dmg
