Stating that Keqing is "not an amazing Characters" i think its not fair, she is good character, one of my main dps (Beside diluc, ganyu and childe) yeah maybe electro fall behind in the late game, but its not like you can't clear game content with her, i use her for time to time and its still fun. Still,thanks for the info.

When it comes to the next update, I'm ok with which ever character I can get. I got Qiqi in Ganyu's banner (with only 19 wishes after getting Albedo so I'm not going to complain) so I got my next rate up 5* guarantied. I have 20 wishes, plus all i can get in 1.3 so to the end of the update I think i'm going to reach the soft pitty. Xiao is out of the question, I´m not that lucky but Keqing is the 5* I wanted from the begining and Hu Tao lucks cool so if I get one of the two that would be absolutely perfect to me. And if not, I can get Sister Rosaria in 1.4. I doubt they aren't going to make her a 5* so all is good to me.
I want Xiao and Hu Tao!
Maybe, just maybe, they will revert back Hu Tao to being a 4 star on either's banner.

I think it would make sense for hu tao to come out in 1.3 since Chinese New Year ends Feb 12 and xiao banner is 2 weeks -> kequing banner 2 weeks -> hu tao 2 weeks theres still some room for a third banner in 1.3 which could be March 3rd for her release date
When u get keqing in her banner but the one you get was not the promotional character
