Ha! I don't know why this popped up for spiderman! Fortnite remade/reskinned versions of the skins which it gave in the season pass like ruby, renegade rider n much more. You didn't mention remaking skins that time. And telling now that spiderman getting the same skin in another name in the item shop. You know, I know and everyone who knows how spider verse works. Chill dude. 😂 this is a needed discussion but on the wrong skin.
I honestly don’t care about the more spidermen they release as long as I just get to play as the web head himself
For a character that is currently so integrated into the concept of a multiverse and there being numerous versions of the character spanning all forms of media (comics movies etc) i think it is awesome that we get to pick and choose which version we choose to attach ourselves with even if they appear in the item shop
Bro the MCU one is beautiful but the comic one is amazing, the symbiote spiderman reminds me of when I played spiderman web of shadows back in the day, you can't hate on either and I would get both if I could, I'm not even angry
I love how everybody complains about reskins but then are fine with at least 20 more Spider-Man suits 🙄
The battle pass one it’s better to me, the classic red and blue colors plus all the extra styles it’s just more for my liking
But honestly I don’t think we need more Spider-Man skins

I think it's important to remember that different Spider-People are legitimately different characters from different universes. I actually want to see more. I was kinda hoping that this season's PS Plus skin would be the PS4 game version of Spider-Man.

I think they shoulda let the community vote on the Spider-Man skins and which one they want in the battle pass and shop
I like the mcu one more, however I will still use the battle pass one
My thoughts are as long as the different Spider-Man skins are unique it's completely fine, there's a Spider-Verse for crying out loud, though they should definitely keep the built in emote, styles and the accessories unique to the battle pass skin including and especially the glider, not that other Spider-Man skins can't have a glider but for most of them the one in the battle pass works fine for them so if they were to add a new glider it would need to be unique to the Spider-Man's universe an example being 2099 simply gliding or on a futuristic car. As for styles obviously there should no longer be a symbiote and Future Foundation Spider-Man skin or selectable style those are what make the battle pass skin unique. As well as no more classic suit Spider-Man meaning no Tobey or Andrew Spider-Man which I didn't think were coming anyways. There's a lot of ways Epic could do this without making the battle pass skin seem cheap or unworthy.
I have no problem with Epic having 2 different versions of Spiderman. I won't make it to tier 100 for a long time, so this way, I'm able to get a different version that I prefer more anyways. It also makes sense that they released the MCU version now with the new movie. I do kind of feel bad for people who bought all the tiers though when they could have bought him for 10 bucks a week later.
I will never complain about remakes of skins, I'm the guy who buys every version of midas, gotta save my vbucks for the black ice legends

I never really wanted to spend money on fortnite, but I did get a thousand v-bucks to buy the No way home package just because I was really hyped from watching the movie. It is kinda funny that besides the standard mcu suit, the blacka nd gold one from that pack also has some similarities to the Level 200 spiderman skin. But I will still grind through the battlepass, just because I also really love the bonus skins for Ronin and Shanta. So I understand why epic did it and honestly have nothing against it

When it comes to quality on the two that are released currently, I don’t have much of a preference as one has more styles, and the other has possibly better styles, but less of them

Is it fair? Who knows. Does it make a difference to me? Hell no, I’m getting both of them anyway, and plan to get at least some of the future versions.

To me it’s not even that we now have two Spider-Man skins which for one you have to grind and the other one is just pay2unlock
It’s that the shop-version has a black/gold style which is literally the maxed-tier200 version of this season 😂 even worse

The one thing that I don't like is the new spiderman skin is called 'spiderman (no way home)' the brackets name should have been called 'mcu' instead just in case if epic decided to give him the homecoming suit, homemade suit or the stealth suit because it would make a confusing difference to the skin itself.
Also my opinion on this discussion is that I don't know about this I do like the spiderman skin and I did hope for him to have all styles of the suits but it's going to be confusing on if I do agree that having all different spiderman skins are good or agree to have one spiderman skin to have all the suits but for now I will just get the battle pass spiderman because there is no better spiderman than the classic one

I think that as long as they all look different from each other, I’d be fine with them. You can tell the difference between the NWH Spider-Man and the Battlepass one, so I think it’s fine.
I recon they are both good the black symbiot is the best they did it perfectly…well timing could have been better but movie release.

Tbh I prefer the comic book version than the tom holland version. I just think the styles are better, the back pack is better and the pickaxe is miles better. Spiderman having a bat as a pickax is weird

I like the No Way Home one but I definitely have to go with the Iconic Spider-Man skin, it’s better and it has a full set including 2 banners I believe, a pickaxe, contrail, glider, backbling, wrap, loading screen, 2 emoticons, a spray, a built in emote, and 6 selectable styles, Battle Pass one is definitely better.
