Is Mortal Kombat 2021 the CURE to the Videogame Movie Curse?! | Movie Review

The new Mortal Kombat film is FINALLY upon us! I was super keen to see it and was lucky enough to have a preview screening showing near me so I raced right over last night (as of writing) to see the brutal fatalities and the fun ninja action that the movie was sure to be full of. But was MK 2021 actually as good as us nerds expected? Was it “TOASTY?” Or did it just “TEST MY MIGHT (and patience?”) Well, watch the video dude, find out…

While this film brings some of our favourite videogame characters like Sub-Zero and Scorpion live action to the big screen – or streaming? – I just wanted to talk a bit about the film and my general thoughts on it.
