  1. PS4 and Xbox One were under powered when they released and 4K TVs were being heavily adopted mid way through their life cycles, which warranted mid cycle upgrades. This time around the PS5 and Series X are properly powerful and are capable of 4K gaming and 8K media playback, I don’t see 8K gaming picking up enough steam for Sony and Microsoft to release mid cycle upgrades capable of it

  2. I'm gonna go for a maybe for now.
why? well it's possible, but until Sony says we are getting one then I don't know
like honestly they could totally say they are making a PS5 Pro but like.. what would that accomplish… now?
    stopping scalpers?

  3. From what I can tell, Switch load times are actually faster than Xbox, and almost as fast as PlayStation. I think the reason for that is because, while it has a slow hard drive, the game file sizes are very small.

  4. Goldensun is nostalgic AF. HOWEVER, it is not well-written. You'd probably not like it if you played it today. A full-on remake would be best. Take the general idea and make it coherent. The original is not internally consistent.

  5. I think Sony's already working on the PS5 pro as we speak when the PS5 pro comes out I think the world should be be getting back to normal that we can actually go in store and buy a PS5 pro

  6. Think about it. They can make photorealistic if they really want to. It would be costly however.

Consider the VR system attempts in the past and what we have now.

They used real life characters in games in the past but no one has attempted it since then.

Just saying that looking from how things evolved, I think they could do it if they give it a try.

  7. lol… "PS5 Pro in the next 2 years, that's all insanity" "If there is any kind of pro system that happens for the ps5 we wont see that till at least… 2023" 2021 + 2 = 2023?

  8. This is the generation I've decided to jump back on the PC bandwagon.

I picked up a PS4 for money concerns and it has been a wonderful system.

I will use my Pro for years to come.

But with Sony's move towards censorship, banning PSN accounts for wrong-think, etc…time to get off the train.

I'll take the $600 I would have put towards a PS5, save a little longer and build myself a nice PC.

  9. to be honest, yes, 10Tflops is pretty weak to begin with. The fact we still have to choose between Performance and Graphics mode already tell us these consoles are still pretty weak by today's standard when the new graphic cards are out.
