  1. It's among the best to me, top 3 for sure. I've played 4 last year for the first time. Although it's a good game, it doesn't hold up too well now in 2021. 1, 2 remake, 8, 7, 4, Revelations 1-2, 5 and….the rest.

  2. If i have to criticize your review, I feel like you shown too much of the memorable moments. You should be careful of not ruining newcomers experience. But overall I think this is a nice review.

  3. Not even close. Sure, it's fun game but it's behind RE remake, RE2 remake, RE4 and RE7. In my opinion it tries doing too many things at once. It Wants to be action-packed like RE4, but also slow and scary horror. It has level design similiar to classic games, but it lacks complexity and challenge. It Wants to have its own mr X/nemesis enemies, but they have little screen time and are easy to deal with. And yeah, Greatest hits-like Approach is also Village's biggest strenght, but because of this it felt unbalanced and unfocused to me. But, yeah, I still had great time with it.

  4. Best game? Idk, but it is certainly the best one when it comes to providing unique villains.

This is the first RE game where youre being chased by a 9ft mommy with jugs containing more than enough milk to quench our thirst whilst walking around with the entire goddamn bakery.

  5. Anyone else have this issue where if you choose NG+ but on a harder difficulty – you get stuck with the starting case size? When I visit the duke’s shop – the larger case is sold out. So I’m stuck with the small case for the entire run. Also, is it normal not to have the starting pistol in hardcore? Cause I didn’t have it even though the old man handed it to Ethan in the cut-scene. I had to kill the first werewolf in the shed with the knife.

  6. Lady Dimitrescu is the equivalent of Bryan Cranston in Godzilla 2014: a lot of marketing hype for the character only for her to show up in just a few minutes of total screentime, transformation into her final form included.
    Game is still great though.

  7. This is absolutely NOT the best game in the series. How could it be? This isn't even Resident Evil; it should've been a new IP. Great game just not very Resident Evil.

  8. How can you talk about if the game went back into an actiony route, "going back to boulder punching" when, by your admission, you barely played any of the games?

What kind of "review" logic is this?!

  9. Short Answer: No.

    – too much Action Segments and less Horror Segments

    – stupid Character (mainly Moroue)

What i liked was Lady Dimitrescu and their Daughters. Donna and Angie and Heisenberg, but not Heisenbergs Factory.

4:38 Wait, you could hide under the Bed?! Interesting! 😂

Never thought about that! I just saw those Lockers and went straight for them.
