SARRADAI adore this art style a lot! The design for Boyfriend in Komi style looks like your run out of the mill, upbeat, energetic highschool boy. Komi writing as a way to sing is so on point in character and then, the touch of the narrator saying their usual line just so Komi can finally sing was epic

This guy never cease to amaze me
Honestly, when I saw a Komi mod, I just thought it was going to be Tadano and Komi. Imagine my surprise when not only BF but Najimi walk in, and add to this already beautiful song. Komi also “singing” with the notepad, and then the narrator talking about the social anxiety she has, to then her eyes becoming fully drawn out as she sings is amazing. I love Tadano’s expression of joy, and how they pick the song back up. Also, Komi’s singing sprites having lack of movement except for her mouth is such a minor detail, but an amazing touch for me.
