Hi, i have a problem with the current Xiao banner. Since i started playing genshin impact, on character event wish i got one 5* star item that wasn't the promo character at that moment. When i got close to pity i saved up my primogems for some future character that i would love. I did that because i read on multiple places that both pity and guarantee pity carries over between character banners. Yesterday i pulled for Xiao and i got Keqing. You can imagine how disapointed i was. I conntacted the support, and first they ignored and closed my question, because they thought i was refering to wishing history. I complained again, and they told me it was a missunderstanding on my part. They said that only pity caries over, but guarantee pity does not. And they asked for screenshots that confirm what i read. I have been going through my history and cant find the links and few of them are broken now. I have found multiple post on their forum, and also wiki that says thst it does carry over. Can anybody help me, does somebody have a link or screenshot to something official to help me prove this?
No shit, a level 40 xiao with leveled weapon and basic artifacts can deal with level 65 monsters

theres a lot of "he's meh" comments going around, but there are maxed out xiaos out there already doing 40k-50ks PER PLUNGE (10-12 plunges for his entire burst). no melt, no vaporize or whatever. the only setup he needs is bennett, and honestly who doesnt use bennett to increase their damage?

He is so hard to use in mobile
I got dizzy using his burst. Jump, plunge, jump, plunge, move in place a bit, jump, plunge, jump, plunge. Rinse & repeat. Enemies couldn’t even react while he does his barrage of plunges. I felt he was a bit boring to use. I mean if you prefer seemingly mindless battle and easy, quick wins, then Xiao is your guy.
No sh*t! I've brough him up to lv80 and Jade Spear to lvl70 and his ATK is already past 2300 with a bland Gladiator Set… his dragoon jump ability during the elmental burst hit for 15K every time… I'm almost sure they'll shortly nerf him unfortunately 🙁

Hi just want to put this out there. My pulls are really shitty. I'm F2P I saved primogems as I can however the funny thing is that I always literally always get keqing as 50 50. Kinda envy of other people. My current 5star right now is Zhongli from the guaranteed pull. Even the standard banner is shitty coz it gave me 5star weapon. Right now its Keqing c2 for gods sake and they won't even give me another hero not unless its a weapon. Kinda saddening. I've said my part.
