  2. I'm playing Cyberpunk on my Series X and it's super fun. The problem with the game was purely having to develop so many versions of this game to span it across nesrly a decade of technology and try to make it run successfully on each platform. If they were able to focus on releasing it for next Gen only, it would have been perfect, but it would have cut down the amount of people who could play it due to next Gen console shortages.. It really was a rock and a hard place for CDPR

  3. I was a diehard Cyberpunk 2020 GM for a couple of decades. I enjoyed CP2077. I FINALLY got my hands of the CP Red Corebook a couple of days ago. I haven't played it yet, but my initial impressions are: it's less intuitive and more crunchy than CP2020… but that fits with the differences in theme to for CP Red – the setting IS crunchier and more disparate. So… pending playing it… I think I like it?

  4. I will have soon experience with CP2077, and I would have some CP RED experience if… THEY PUT THE PHYSICAL JUMPSTART IN SALE AGAIN or, you know, the definitive rulebook, which still is in the works AFAIK.

  5. I’m glad I gave cyberpunk a chance despite all the bad press. I’ve been playing for a bit and haven’t run into any crazy glitches. When people said is was unplayable and glitchy I expected New Vegas level but Cyberpunk has worked like a dream and I got drawn into the great performances and story pretty fast.

  6. I will definitely be drinking a Jackie while I play the game. Love 2077, but as far as tabletop I've been playing 2nd edition, because you get it for free on GOG if you bought 2077 through galaxy. I like that version better than the revamped cyberpunk red, mostly cause of the slightly different vibe, and certain rules I didn't think needed tweaking. I will be checking out your game though, cause not enough people play tabletop cyberpunk in general, so I'll support it where I can find it.

  7. RE: the addendum to the Johnny Silverhand – to float the beer you could modify the viscosity of the shaken ingredients with the addition of a small amount of xanthan gum powder… 🤔 This way it could allow a lower abv to be used?

  8. Hey could you do an episode were you pair alcohols with their ideal soda's. I know it's not super high end or your normal show, but it would be fun to see you use your pallet to isolate the best soda for each base liquor.

  9. After playing cyberpunk, I would say that it is a limited RPG. While you can decide how you fight, you are still playing as V, and playing out V's story. After a while, it becomes Johnny's story, much less of V. I would say that cyberpunk felt more like playing dishonored: Corvo's/V's story, their motivations, their background, their origin, not yours. That was why after one playthrough, I didn't see much point in playing through it again. Contrast this to something like Skyrim, where the origin, motives, and background of your character is literally yours to make up in your head. And that's why you can go through so many replays making up totally different characters.
