  11. For people who are wondering why Koreans are so mad at "25 seconds on Seraphine"

    1. The Chinese’s distortion over years.

And now users see that Riot is spot lighting Seraphine way too hard. Before I step into the fact about Seraphine, there is a continuous problem between Korean and Chinese about K-pop. You can search on the news, or any social media, there are various chinese singers that came to Korea and learn, but they go back to their country and copy the original group. (there is actually a group now that tries to be like K/DA) so there were not many good feelings at the beginning.

    2. The interaction Error.

    At the webcomics about Seraphine, it explains that she has admired K/DA and become a singer. Even her debut was successful thanks to K/DA. However, the in-game interaction is totally different. And there comes another problem that Koreans get sensitive about that Seraphine says “fighting!” to America and even for Japan too, but it says “Jjayo!” for Korean and Chinese servers. It became a problem because it is a word in chinese, and there were other words applied to other countries. Although it was changed after a couple of days, this made Korean very sensitive, and K/DA more comes out …with Chinese.

    3. Too much settings for Seraphine.

    However, if the Koreans are just cursing because she is chinese can not be justified. The fact that there was chinese singer is not the main point that the majority argue. In fact, if Koreans really wanted to do that, they should’ve done the same thing to Kaisa. However, they don’t. They are mad that whether in-game or not, K/DA gave a huge impact on people. And now, Riot wants Seraphine to be the center, who was not even officially released. Also, many people who have been looking for the stories of each character will know that the concept of Seraphine is a popstar idol singing and dancing, and she's origin is from filtover. However, when you look at the basic skin, it is rather called star guardian than called vi or Urgot. There were many portfolios that might've associated with filtover, but don't know why it was not chosen. I will skip the part about Skaner, since many will know and it is not that much related.

    4. Did it really need to be Seraphine?

    Others say that what is the problem with Chinese? The problem is, K/DA was first officially known as K-pop. But now, they want to add the solo part as Chinese.     I know there were many Korean over the live at that part and I feel sorry for others that have seen them uncomfortable. But I want to state that it was shocking for Koreans. Riot officials didn’t say much in the live chat, even when K/DA was released. But they say queen, as Seraphine appears?

    In conclusion, it is hard to see that it is a 'Korean Racism' towards Seraphine but it is a 'karma' that China and Riot have made.

  24. 세라핀 문제가 아니라 라이엇이 문제임. 세라핀은 그냥 3D캐릭터고 설정값을 정한건 라이엇임. 중국은 지네가 라이엇 샀다고 맘대로 해도 되는 줄 아나봥~ 별꾤이야 증말~
