I think the problem right now and before as well when Lebron played for different teams is that they always play Lebron's game system and not TEAM system. With Lakers they are doing the same thing so basically their teams is not getting any better. The focus should be TEAM play not Lebron's system play. Don't confuse passing the ball to actually playing team game. Let point guard to be a point guar, let shooting guard to be a shooting guard, let power forward to be power forward. Let them play a team system.
