  1. As a song that you've written, I like it. However, to me, it doesn't really fit with other songs in Arcane. It doesn't have any of the same feel as other songs in the soundtrack and thus just seems very out of place to be an Arcane song. If this was instead acoustic and maybe slowed down a little, might feel more a part of the whole?

  2. I just finished watching Arcane yesterday and now Nate has his new song! Seriously was expecting a cover and not an original and I am not disappointed in the least. Can season 2 have this song in their OST please?

  3. So I dont play league of legends (which according to the internet is a good thing) but please tell me why this champion is such a big deal to everyone. I mean, doesnt the game get new champions all the time? I dont know for sure but I know there are hundreds so why is this single new one such a big deal?

  4. Nate has said the word sh*t in a song before so I dont see why he has to block it out, especially considering this is a much more grown-up game than Undertale (which the song that has that word was about). Not mad or anything just curious

  5. I like the song and the effect on the track are really nice. You can tell the person who composed this tried to replicate some of Jinx's more visual effects in an auditory form and that's really appreciated. However, the rest of it is a pretty superficial reading of Jinx's character imho. Rather than this being a song representative of Arcane, I think it more so fits with the non-arcane Jinx.
I've noticed this in a lot of the songs that have been made for Jinx in the wake of Arcane by different creators. The songs more so replicate the aesthetics of the character, rather than the character themselves. There was a bit of an attempt to do so within this song, but it very much so was focused on the general vibe of the character, their aesthetics, and as such was drowned out. For context, I made sure to listen to it first a few times without watching the video to it to leave my opinions on the song itself. I did also really enjoy the video itself once I did watch it. The editing was pretty clean and the clips selected really did demonstrate Jinx's cynical sarcasm and sense of humor quite well.
As stated the song is quite nice, even if a little lacking, so still a very good job on this one, as usual.
