  1. They really need to make Lethal Tempo scale with lvl. 90AS+50range/30AS+100range on lvl1 is absolutely broken. Make it half or 1/3 for both values at lvl1 and full at lvl13 or higher. Why is Riot always so god damn bad at balancing. The new mana tank item gives the tank like ~200hp from the mana to hp passive and around 80hp shield on CC every 8s and it BURNS your current mana (which is dogs**t), Seraph heals for 35% of your mana spent, which means if you use up 2000 mana it'll heal you for 700hp, which will take you on most champs around 20s, a value that can be healed off creeps with lifesteal in 2 autoattacks, and sometimes just one auto. When I was testing items on PBE, when playing Ryze if you don't have omnivamp, Seraph's passive heal won't even sustain you if you were to tank a wave of creeps or jungle creeps. E/W heals you for 35 hp per cast which is just so riddiculous. They should make it so if you hit a champion, your healing from this passive gets doubled to 70% of mana spent (it has a max value cap per instance, so Kass won't be as broken). I really wish Riot employees responsible for balancing were FORCED to play 6h/day for weeks to test their own design ideas.

  2. I think a cool change to Vayne + Runaan's would be to allow runaan's to stack w, but not proc w. So it could add an element similar to MF passive when team fighting.
    And that way it's not just a braindead steroid and adds an element of skill to maximize damage output in teamfights.

    And it could help some of her waveclear issues. I recognize that Vayne needs to have some weaknesses, but there are champs that do her job just as well that don't have her weaknesses. (Kai'sa, for example)
