Developed by Chinese Game Dev. miHoYo, Genshin: Impact recently shot up in popularity thanks to exposure, streaming, and generally being a high quality product, for free, that attempts to present itself as a Gacha game with more game, than Gacha.
I will be starting my adventure with this Let’s Play, with an accurate starting point & void of fabrication. I have a very rough history & strong opinion against Gacha games, so I’ll be putting everything to the test here.
Genshin: Impact is a massive game. There’s no shortage of content to explore and complete. Due to its expanding nature, with frequent events and updates, I will be referring to this as a Willy Nilly Let’s Play, at this time. However, once I complete the game’s main story, that’ll be listed as “STORY FINALE” in the title. Everything beyond that point will be expansions and the like.
The game has Co-Op elements, but I have no plans to do any multiplayer in this LP. If, down the road, I decide to, I will make a separate side series for that. Unlike certain other games, multiplayer content is completely optional here.
NOTE: This Let’s Play is marked as “BLIND”, which means it is my first time experiencing the game and its systems. Be mindful that my skill level will reflect this, and improve over time.

You can climb on his neck and hit the weakspot. So you don't need a ranged character.
Barbara is an amazing healer. She has a heal like Qiqi where she heals the active character over time, but also has an instant full team heal, pretty much.
Wut? First time to know that you can go to different platform when he do the platform attack.
Get Barbara a rank 5 Thrilling tales of Dragon slaying and she is easily the best support in the game.
Just switching from her to your main dps gives you a 48% atk buff for 10 seconds on a 20sec cooldown, no stamina, no energy no setup what-so-ever.
Her ult heals instant full hp on the whole team on a 20 second CD even though you rarely need it, her E is more than enough to keep you alive through almost anything.
Her basic attacks are hydro so you dont need to wait for cooldowns when breaking fire shields, just auto-attack.
Her healing scales with HP making her the tankiest loli on the planet (my Barbara has 21,000 hp at lvl60 with lv12 artifacts, compared to my lvl90 Xiangling who has 17,000 hp with a full lvl20 artifact set)
Her Elemental Ability works the same way as Qiqi, you heal the whole team with basic attacks while the ability itsealf also heals the active player for massive amounts (mine is currently healing 4.5k every 3 seconds)
She makes your team virtually immortal while also providing your main dps with a 50% atk buff…
Her E also makes you "immune" to Sheer Cold as it heals you faster than you lose HP so you can completely ignore that whole factor of Dragonspine.
Added bonuses if you were to use a hydro main dps at some point. e.g if you landed a Childe makes her even more insane as a c2 Barbara also gives an additional 15% hydro dmg bonus.
A Hydro dps with Barbara support also gives you the hydro resonance, increasing all incoming healing with 30%
Shes also absolutely adorable… to me that matters xD
(Ive tried to get rid of her since I was AR25, not even joking… Im now AR56 and shes still in my main line up, shes just to good.)
