Also, Shadow if you think this game had enough nods to RE4 I just found out one of the dropped ideas (confirmed via concept art) was that Ethan was to be aided by a mysterious hooded figure who would turn out to be Ada Wong. I imagine Capcom dropped this when they realized it didn't make much sense and rolled the remnants into the Duke.
