Wait so your xp went down after healing?
Right click on grizzly -> Heal All
Are you dragging the griz over the limbs as an example as a pose to right clicking on the griz and heal all?
before lvl 10 i used that to just get a bit quicker to lvl 10
I am a little upset at level 32 PMC and 18 scav that I just learn this in my 4th wipe
Actually a great tip for when you can spare the money. It level up Healing skill too if I remember correctly

it works…. but I still think that ratting it out and staying out of fights you dont wanna get into is the best way to get xp. Do the quests… dont fight unless you have to. surviving and quests gives most xp. if you die, heal manually. those are the three main ways to level up.
a full heal would give me half of the xp i would get on my ratruns. looks like i have a K/D to destroy to push me faster to lvl 20 lol

How is this even an exploit? You are using an intended mechanic to gain xp.
I do this as well, I find it a good use for half used meds I bring out of a raid. After I've used a Salewa in a Raid I've survived it's common to only have 150 to 200 points left on it. It isn't worth brining into another raid, but if you save it in your stash and use it this way you get more xp and get full value out of your med kit.
