Merry Christmas everyone!
seems like he's got a lot of likes on this – but I followed this to T on my LG CX and it's so damn dark now that all I see is my reflection! lol – HELP!
Is there a PC version of this ?
Should I be changing the TV Picture Mode to something other than "Game" when I'm watching 4k Ultra HDR Blue Rays on the PS5? I've been switching to "Cinema (User)" which is what I use for Dolby Vision content, not sure if I should be
I think HGIG makes the screen quite dull, the PS5 menu with this off looks clean and vibrant, with it enabled it looks dull.
my tv is too dark now that switch to your settings
Is it really better to change the white balance? It seems more like a personal preference to make it a more yellow tone, no? I'm not really a fan of it.
Hi Vincent, how about white balance setting? Do we leave it to default?
Hello,
Do you think these settings are goods for the Xbox one series X too ?
Thanks for your answer and your fanstastic job.
How does the HGIG setting work with a Blu Ray in the PS5? Should I switch to On or off?
@HDTVTest what do you recommend owners of the BX? Same configuration?
I made tv light to 70 contrast 90 and eye comfort mode in the night easier for the eyes and the imagine still looks amazing
Should I switch my tv to pc or leave it to ps5
Amazing video as usual, I have two questions though. 1- OLED Light and Contrast set to a 100 is too bright and hurt my eyes in dark room. what option can i change to lower the brightness without losing colour or any detail. 2- should i enable AI brightness from the AI Services or anything at all from AI Services?
👍🎄
You are the only TV calibrator I trust
Vincent in the previous video you showed a fluctuation in limited/low vs Full/High so isn't Full/High the better option?
There's no such thing as the 'best' picture settings as everybody's eyes see things differently. These settings are too dark for me
LG CX.. LG CX… LG CX… make every videp about LG CX or Sony X900H. NOT everybody has these TVs and they are NOT the only TVs for PS5 or XSX gaming just because of HDMI 2.1 I have an A8 and it has HDMI 2.0 and is capable of 1440p @ 120hz thru HDMI 2.0 maybe even higher with 8biz 422 or 420 (Not sure) it would be nice to see more about other TVs and test if it also works and other Reviews about other TVs in General. Especially Sony A8!!!
Does anyone know if it’s ok to game in the picture setting Vivid? I just find all the other picture settings dark. I’d REALLY appreciate some info on this guys. *MERRY CHRISTMAS*
But why does the ps5 run all the games with hdr even if they are not supporting hdr??
What are the best in game hdr settings for maximum luminosity, paper white and tone-mapping midpoint on the c10?
Can you recommend any picture settings on Samsung q80t?
Before you do these settings
Delete cyberpunk
Then continue to enjoy other games lol
X900H is better
I have noticed some black clipping or colour banding effects in dark areas in demon's souls on ps5 using these settings along with the guidelines on correct HDR settings (setting it to when the image has just disappeared rather than just visible). Any thoughts/suggestions?
Recommended settings for an inacurate TV that no way in hell can display true 6500K whites LOL?
good luck with that
And take it easy with the booze.
I am setting up CX and PS5 tomorrow so this is video is certainly helpful. Any videos on CX Calibration
Great video! Would all these settings also be fully applicable to the Xbox Series X (outside of black level and game modevs PC), or best to run Xbox calibration?
Also should I be very concerned with burn in (everyone's favorite topic) with OLED light at 100 vs 80 which I normally run on games?
do you can make a video for c8 settings?
wtf is on your head
Is this also valid for PC gaming?
