Well there goes lifeline AGAIN. The heals are nice, but you have to stay IN PLACE. The upgrades will be ok i guess but after a point its useless. The fighting res is what brought lifeline back. Idk we shall see what happens

They should just buff the package and revert her to old lifeline
Not gonna lie, that res shield (more often than not) was just a giant beacon saying, "HEY! PUSH ME NOW!" I'm hoping we can get some sweet ninja resses without a giant blue shield calling people toward your downed teammate…🤔🤷
they should just put a cooldown on the res shield instead of removing it all the way she is the only medic in the game yet if they remove her shield she will loose her ummpph
Isn't lifeline supposed to be considered the best support medic in the game. Those changes seems to only benefit the lifeline herself so how can she be the support she was meant to be?😑
So will the drone still be able to res like just without the shield or would her free Rez just be taken away?
The res shield should be as strong as the current knockdown shield they have
Honestly the shield is OP
They will need to decrease the time it takes your drone to res. If you pop the drone to res there is no cancel if you are getting pushed. That legend will just be a sitting target.

So the shield is going away, but will the drone still be doing the rezzing so that Lifeline can return fire at the same time?

im ok with trying something new with lifeline and i do hate being in a fight with her on the team because of the way she can rez, but i like the fast heals lifeline the best
I think that if they are gonna completely remove the res shield then it would probably just be better to go back to before the revive was automated.
At this point they should just take Lifeline out of the game all together.

She’s lifeline to save a life not healline that’s stupid so now all you corney snipers can just sit ten miles away instead of fighting so she’s basically gonna be pointless all the comp players complain about things and they change it and don’t consider anyone else’s opinion
I feel that lifeline makes herself the combat medic by her rez shield so instead of removing it they should add a cool down on the shield portion but keep how the drone rezes itself (unless doc is already rezing, how it currently is) So doc can rez people with a drone but on a 10 second cooldown and during that 10 seconds if lifeline decides to rez again doc will still rez but without a shield.
Tbh I think either a cool down for her shield or just OG lifeline where she got a shield while physically reviving would be great. Although I don’t mind the no shield thing since lifelines are so annoying 💀 but it’s already an advantage to press E and continue fighting whereas another legend is incapacitated while reviving which can determine the outcome of the fight
All she needed was a cool down. These people making decisions just can’t get it right. Losing faith.
The rez shield was annoying anyway.
Plus the 60% buff to health drone is great to be able to heal fast before third parties.
i think that it should just have a cooldown or have a set amount of health, i think that taking it away was too much, i also think that if they were to keep the res shields (with health or cooldown) that the old drone would still be fine, if it followed you around and you didnt have to stand still for it to heal
For lifelines passive to work she has to have downed team mates wich is already a disadvantage. She has 0 fighting abilities while other legends are OP as hell. Her ultimate is trash. Lobas shop is 1000 times better and by the time lifeline gets 1 care package lobba gets 6 shops. Her drone 60% Increase is a decent change. But overall they gutted lifeline. Bunch of bullshhiiiittt

I like the changes because you will actually have to heal behind some kind of cover instead of healing them right in your face during a fight
They should put the shield with a amount of health like the knocked down shield
It's like the NBA, restricting defense to raise the score of games, you're not allowed to keep your teammates from being thirsted!

As long as you can still activate your knockdown shield while being revived, the removal of the res shield shouldn’t be a problem.
If they reduce her ult time I’d say this is a reasonable give and take
