After leaving the Gentry Manor Hotel, Michael spawned a black limousine. The purpose, he thought, was to create mayhem in the city. He exactly did just that, and did a great job of doing so.
Note: This limo couldn’t be taken to any car customization shop anywhere in San Andreas. That means no armor plating or bulletproof tires can be installed on it. I had to constantly use the full health and armor cheat because of the police pervasively attacking the car with gunfire during the epic chase-both from on the ground and in the air.
