How to use it as your mobile wallpaper:
Step 1: Download the video at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QxoIMyF63m47MDJwXMwYebcaKMEANB99/view. And place it in your phone
Step 2: Install a Video Live wallpaper app in your android phone, I’m using this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.naing.vwallpaper&hl=en_US&gl=US
Step 3: Open the app, give permissions, then pick the video and set as wallpaper!

For iphones you can use intoLive app. I don’t have Apple products so I’m not sure about the procedure.

  2. An easy way to apply this for MIUI users:
    1. Download the video as instructed in the description.
    2. Move the file to “MIUI –> .videowallpaper”. This will make it available as a live wallpaper to apply through the themes app.
    3. To apply, go to themes app, Wallpapers, My live wallpapers, and then you should see the video.
    4. Apply it and enjoy!
