Why have so much crit damage on amber if your crit rate is too low for it to matter?

Fun fact: Hitting the weak spot as amber you dont need crit rate if you always hit the weakspot, hitting the weakspot is a gurrante crit
with the main character i would recommend ningguang since her E can actually stop the cyclone, if you hit the pillar sides that is

the traveler and amber had been my dynamic duo from ar1 until present ar52 bec they look like best friends and Amber is the most supportive character to Lumine.
Fact: Amber is not trash or useless, either they suck at using her or they screwed their build.
