This is my first time playing the trilogy and I just finished ME1. Wow, what a great time.
Excited to ditch the tedious copy pasted side missions in the second game and get better gameplay.
Im happy they kept the Conrad Verner bug in Mass Effect 2 for people playing paragon.
Even after 9 years and the release of Legendary Edition, I can't bring myself to play Mass Effect again. Got burned by the third game so badly.

i always liked the mako levels- making exploration so much fun. also, loved ME3 (while we are on unpopular opinions)

So we now need The Witcher Legendary Edition.
I'd really like to be excited and jump into it, I do. The three games were incredible and brings back great memories. But I'm one of those "ME3 ending extremists"… I still can't understand in any way how they could, IMO, completely destroy a whole awesome trilogy in the last 10 minutes. Sorry, I can't.
I was really impressed by doctor Chakwas in Mass Effect 1. I always remembered her as a mid 50s distinguished lady. But with the update, she looks a Lot younger and way more attractive. Matching her accent and role a lot more. But that may just be me.
A nice little touch I like about the game that's shown @ 1:22 is the continual horizon of Earth that's shown across all three titles.
And remember stargazers sacrifice Kaiden and the Council, do the side quest before some major story points, get drunk at any bar, and always keep an ear out for random conversations!!
I hope this goes well. Mass Effect really needs a win after Andromeda.
Has Pluto in Mass Effect 2 and 3 been updated with the official texture map from NASA (even edited to make it seem more complete) or will it remain in its unofficial state?
I am disappointed that you didn't mention the changes in mass effect 2 in the camera angles or that the didn't properly fixed the ending of mass effect 3 so I think that review was not as honest as it have been.
My favorite character is a tie between Grunt, Liara, and Garrus. I can't choose! What i love about mass effect are the relationships you form with the characters throughout the games. Normally in games that let you romance characters, you can only hang out with your love interest. Mass effect lets you explore friendships regardless of romantic affiliation and the close bond to the characters is what made me love the game the most. Garrus being a cute love interest and ride or die friend, Liara being a naive bestie that grows into the most reliable and unstoppable force at your side, and Grunt who really just turns into your son are all the most precious to me.
