You could be making a lot more hydrogen from the orbital collectors. I think they are full of too much fire ice to produce any more hydrogen. You have to increase your consumption of fire ice to produce more hydrogen.

processors are 3-1(2.5-1). Three waffers for one processor. Every 4 silicon waffer assembler add another one. That would be able to feed two processors.
Quick tip: If you see iron throw some miners on it and pipe it into a tower as ore. On the closest planet to your original make a 120 smelter factory for your iron ore. You can do this for all the other raw resources as well. Its a lot of work, but once completed you wont need to worry about iron production again.
Edit for clarification: Use a interplanetary drone tower with warpers. Six lanes of ore out with the middle lane on each of the three sides return (iron bars)

Each belt of ore can supply 30 iron smelters, but for the sake of consistency 20 smelters is enough per line of Iron Ore. That will take 120 smelters that can accept ore from anywhere in the galaxy and feed your home planet.
Wrap the gas giant with 40 orbital collectors and your hydrogen problems will be solved
