Some of the most pointless buffs and nerfs I've ever seen. So this is where all those blizzard employees went, huh?
Making serpent's fang more expensive is better than decreasing the lethality. Kayn nerf would be fine standalone, but not with the serpent's nerf. All those Xayah buffs could have been replaced by a single attack speed buff, that's the only reason Xayah is underplayed and underperforming, she feels so heavy and slow. Lucian changes break him. Graves changes irrelevant. Such a hit or miss patch.
