Advices:
1) Do not fight without ult. It basicaly doubles your stats.
2) Always try get health component of items first. Singed gets more value of flat HP than any other with ult.
3) Speed is the most important stat for Singed. Rylai is "speed" too.

Hey Zwag some tips from an almost mono Singed, he doesn't need mana as much as he needs health and AP, AP makes you waste less mana/makes mana usage more efficient and health is vital on singed since he is a melee champ, you can conserve a shit ton of mana by just tapping your Q on and off, your poison burns the targets for 2 secs, so you spread the poison, turn it off, let it burn your targets a bit and turn it on again to reapply the effect, this way you don't need a tear, tear doesn't benefits Singed, get triumph, your ult already regens your mana and your poison hits everybody in a tf so imagine how much you heal back from triumph by just walking through and last but not least Riftmaker as first item is not good, It doesn't give you good stats and benefits, only AP and life (the vamp portion heals very little) get always a rylais first, this way you can deal with your laner more easily (even a against Darius), it could've also saved you from Yasuo that first timehe killed you, you can make Riftmaker as a second or third item.
