You might as well just use up the rye grain for flour since as I recall it takes 8 rye grain per flour. As for field workers: they don't need any skill points. The farming is only relevant for crafting in the barn and animal tending. You can calculate how much you will get from the shops. Iron bolts in the inventory show "Price" as 20. Since you have 10 of them it's 200. With no skill points to get more from vendors, that it's 200 * 0.35 = 70 coin in total. You also round up, so assuming your total price in the inventory was 170 then 170 * 0.35 = 59.5 but because we always round up (even if it's .1) you would get 60 coins.
Relax on cyberpunk. Preorders went out already (bestbuy's fault). The gog site says monday for preloading and 9th for release. At this point, its a bit hard to put the genie back in the bottle.
If you liked oxygen not included, the early access of their dlc comes out at that time also.
That doesn't mean mega natural disaster or global nuclear war may not happen before then, though.

Perhaps you cheat to get skill points and unlock all the things? just to make the dream village, maybe putting walls down to the waterfront, keeping the view
I would use the wood wall for your town. I would wall off the land part of the peninsula and make gate houses, or at least as close as you can make near the bridges so you don't ruin your waterfront.
You could put the fences around the outside of your settlement, leaving it open where it's near the water and small stick or stone fence around your farms. The walls and palasaides require alot of logs, we all know how much you love chopping trees.
