  1. I would be really careful of this studio's track record for abandoning early access games, like 30 of them. I'm surprised Mac of all people didn't pickup on that little nugget.

  2. Mack, just FYI, the game is published by Toplitz, which seems to have a track record of getting unfinished, yet promising games to early access and when people buy it in bulk, they start a new project and drop that one and leave the old customers with an unfinished product. So don't be holding your breath that this game will be any different. Few examples: Farmer's Dynasty and Lumberjack's Dynasty.

  3. Beware of the developers. They have a very well established record of abandoning their early access games, which also happen to be a bit copy paste.

  4. Sorry to hear you have ben under the weather Mack. I thought I'd bring another game to your attention that I've just seen on Steam. It's called Elderborn and looks like it might be a fun one for you to review. I'd certainly like to hear your take on it. Cheers.

  5. I didn't find the food and water that bad once I got the perk. Game does rlly need like horse carts, wheelbarrows, or something though. It feels like a mix of an unfinished banished and a KDC UI and feel. especially when you run like 30 feet and your guy is alrdy out of breath, defo makes it feel like KDC

  6. This game has much more problems. No animal will hit you, just walk backward. No bandits, no enemies. For me, sure the first one-two days were fun to play, but later on, you see the full picture. Its early access, but even with all the progress developers doing, it's still a boring game.

  7. Mordhau: A KCD Multiplayer without the complex gameplay system
Medieval Dynasty: A KCD for Farmers
All we need now is to combine these 2 things and KCD and oh boy…

  8. If I won big on the lottery, I’d approach a company like warhorse, and offer them the chance upgrade KCD, keep it the same with the exception of graphical and combat enhancements.. I enjoy the combat system, but when I crack a guy in the face with a flanged mace, I want it to look and sound real.. currently it feels like you just slap people with foam and they fake a death, whereas actual limb removal and gore detail, would be far more satisfying.

  9. The devs have a habit of leaving their games way to early. They also just went silent on another early access game as well as already announcing a new game ffs this game does not have a good future at all

  10. Looks like a great game… the thing is.. it requires a minimum of 4 gigs of video memory… so i dont know what audience the devs were aiming for, 80% of people wont be playing it even if they wanted and the graphics don't look like they are out of 2030.
