the building max has changed from 30 to 40 which is great i can build some animal sheds now

So I watched raptor run through a cheat since he was several thousand away from stable as well and he was able to buy the horse for 10k and the fowl's are 7000, you can also raise and breed them like other animals but you MUST have a stable 1st before you can get a horse. Then you can load them with a saddle, horseshoe(singular) and something else. You can equip the saddle, show and bag or something and then once your on the horse you can transfer material back and forth like logs for extra weight storage like you have with the back pack extra kg. I think they top out at 80kg, plus bag, plus you, plus your bag. There is a max though and they stop moving. They also have stamina drain, run, trot and walk sequences. Hope this helps.

The "night rider" skill is still unavailable, but you don't need it to get and ride horse yet. You just need the stable and saddle. As for Herald, there will be a pop up letting you know that he is around, for me he appeared in Hornica, which I was informed of by the announcement that popped up about challenges.
