Meredith Stout is one of the romanceable characters in Cyberpunk 2077. This romance guide will tell you how to romance Meredith Stout and options that will lead to the romance.
Romancing Meredith Stout does not depend on the Lifepath you have chosen or whether you are playing as a male or a female. During your first interaction with Meredith in ‘The Pickup’ Mission you can either take the chip from her or refuse it, but do not take the chip and remove the virus from it.
After ‘The Pickup’ mission is over she will greet you outside the food factory (This cutscene is essential for the romance to happen).
Now after some time you will receive a message from Meredith Stout inviting you to No-Tell Motel. Reply to her and ‘Venus in Furs’ Mission will start. Follow the objective marker to reach No-Tell Motel whenre you will have a fling with Meredith Stout.
How long before you receive message from Meredith Stout?
It will come after quite some time. For me it came after almost 6-7 main missions.

When I exited the building it wasn’t Meredith it was the dude that was all beat up saying she was gone. How did that happen?

In my playthrough Meredith got replaced by the male guy she stuffed un the trucks, what triggers it though I wonder
