Good luck on your channel bro. Wish u the best of luck
Blog by Phil is not vague at all. I think we all need to understand there are pre-existing deals in place. When you read language "some exclusives coming to Xbox" it's exactly accurate. Realistically, would you rather Bethesda and Xbox say all games coming exclusive and then have media run with fake narratives calling Xbox liars when certain games are still coming to PS5 i.e. Deathloop, Ghost Wire Tokyo and Doom 3 for PSVR. I think we should enjoy the games coming to Xbox and see how this acquisition plays out. Respect to your show as an Xbox fan. This is one of the only few Playstation shows I watch. Good Job. Keep up the good work.
I like the idea of leveraging the Bethesda deal to boost up efforts for Gamepass for PC. I feel like alot of these Bethesda games would really hit home with PC players and could really help. Also on the console side I'm definitely pumped for these games on gamepass. And on the Playstation side, it's for sure gonna take some time before it effects the players too much. Great video as always bud 👍

I’m like you, I’m not a huge Bethesda fan but I do like some of there IPs. I’m excited to get Deathloop but this deal seems inevitable like you said. In my head, you don’t spend 7.5M acquiring them after years of backlash from people saying “Xbox doesn’t have good first party games” and not make them exclusive. I think in a couple years time we wont be seeing Bethesda games on PlayStation. At the end of the day, Microsoft wants to bring people into their ecosystem. They’re not super particular how you engage with their service, just as long as you are. Making all Bethesda games exclusive would shift an entire group of gamers over to their ecosystem. I liked your take on it, great episode!
I say they will still come to PlayStation for awhile, to simply drag in the sales! Because buying Bethesda wasn't a cheap endeavour. As for Sony retaliating? Don't see it happen with any big studio buy, they don't really have the expendable money to buy a studio of bethesda stature. Though could see them acquiring studios they have worked with like blue point or house marque
