14% Hp why is it bad? Hu Tao need Hp% in Every peace that gives you much more attack than attack% stat.

Just put Zhongli, Venti, Ganyu (suggest hydro character for last team member) in team, act.2 is easy, I still got 1 minutes 30 second left when I clear 8000 scores, even my Ganyu and Venti just C0.

That was the easiest one. Equip the hydro crystal modifier, use Ganyu/Diona and Sucrose/Venti and the stage is perma frozen while you ult spam.
The second domain is literally a walk in the park with Venti. Sure, you might not have him and I too don't. Just go look for someone with a venti and you're A-ok
