I recommend using a night vision potion.
You can also press F3+B To Enable Hitsboxes To see the Warden better.
YOU CAN USE ANOTHER WEAPON.
I USED A NETHERITE SWORD FOR DEMONSTRATION PURPOSES.

I'm sorry to say this but that was fake. You cannot block the thing that it shoots from its chest with a shield
So a lot of people have pointed out that you can't block the warden's sonic-boom attack in the recent update and they are right, I recorded this video on an old 1.19 snapshot and in this snapshot it is possible.
