Algorithm Stuff, Don’t Mind this:

Friday Night Funkin’ is an open-source donationware rhythm game first released in 2020 for a game jam. The game was developed by a team of four Newgrounds users, Cameron “ninjamuffin99” Taylor, David “PhantomArcade” Brown, Isaac “Kawai Sprite” Garcia, and evilsk8r.

The Mandela Catalogue is an analog horror series created by Alex Kister in 2021, It is comprised of 6 episodes, each a series of VHS tapes. The story is set in the alternate universe of Mandela County, the residents are being plagued by a group of hostile, seemingly supernatural organisms known as “Alternates” which utilize psychological warfare to force the victim to utilize suicide to escape their torment, just to take their place shortly afterwards.

Cesar Torres is a victim of the alternate invasion in The Mandela Catalogue.

Caesar Torres is an 18 year-old, fair-skinned young man with mid length black hair, seen wearing a black suit with a red bowtie, white undershirt, and a rose attached to the left. By time we meet “Cesar “, he has been killed and replaced by an alternate.

Not much else is known about Cesar himself.

Mark Heathcliff is a prominent protagonist in The Mandela Catalogue. Mark is a young, religious boy from Mandela County who has had multiple encounters with alternates throughout his life. These events tie heavily into the plot of The Mandela Catalogue.

Mark is a round-faced, fair-skinned young man with fluffy brown hair and eyes.

He is seen wearing a gray hoodie over a black T-shirt with blue jeans.

Mark is an overly paranoid, possibly traumatized individual. Having encountered 6 at a very young age may have left an impact on Mark growing up, as can be seen in Exhibition.

Mark has some sort of fear of the Torres household for unknown reasoning, whether due to a past experience or simply his exaggerated paranoia is unknown.

Cesar’s Alternate, also known as The Perpetrator and falsely as Cesar Torres, is a major antagonist in the analog horror web series The Mandela Catalogue, serving as the secondary antagonist of Act 1.

As its name implies, it is an Alternate that took over the form of Mark Heathcliff’s childhood friend, Cesar Torres, in an effort to cause Mark’s suicide through Metaphysical Awareness Disorder. After it succeeds, an “Alternate report” on it is issued by the MCPD, implying that it’s still loose and that the Police Department is very aware of that.

He (or at very least his impersonation) is portrayed by Andrew Long.
